What is NACS?
On completion of chimney sweeping a smoke evacuation or smoke draw test is carried out and a NACS certificate of sweeping is issued. All chimney sweeping is carried out using rods, flue brushes and vacuum and care is taken that the chimney sweep passes the chimney flue brush through the full length of the chimney and through the chimney pot in line with the NACS code of practise.

The flue should been cleaned and tested and our chimney sweeping and inspection team will be able to advise whether the correct terminal is fitted to the top of the brick chimney stack or if there is any concern that the chimney flue is leaking.
